Annual passes are available for purchase at our office located at 8185 E Daniels Loop, Suite 111 (right behind the wooden fence located in the Port parking lot)

Annual Pass pricing:

Inside Port of Manchester taxing district: $60.00
Outside of the Port taxing district: $120.00

Our passes allow the holder unlimited launch privileges and are honored for the calendar year in which they are purchased.

Discover and State Park passes are not accepted at our launch.

STILL UNSURE WHICH PASS IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Kitsap County Parcel search is an easy way to determine whether your residence is inside or outside the Port of Manchester tax district. Just follow these easy steps:

Click on the box to the right to go to the parcel search page.
Type in your address in the search box at the top of the page.
Choose the Tax, Levies & Assessments link from your address pop-up box.
Scroll down in the Levy Title column until you find your Port District.

If "PORT OF MANCHESTER GENERAL" is listed your address is INSIDE the District.
If another Port is listed i.e. "PORT OF BREMERTON GENERAL" or "PORT OF WATERMAN GENERAL" your address is OUTSIDE the District.

Please Note: If you choose the incorrect pass type for your address your application will not be processed and your pass will not be mailed to you until the issue is corrected.
