ANNUAL PASS

Annual passes for launch fees are available at the Port of Manchester office located near the northwest corner of the parking lot at 8185 E. Daniels Loop, Suite 111.

The cost of an Annual Pass:

$60.00 for residents inside the Port of Manchester taxing district

$120.00 for non-residents outside the taxing district.

Annual passes allow the holder unlimited launch privileges and are honored for the calendar year in which they are purchased.

Kitsap County Parcel search is an easy way to determine whether your residence is inside or outside the Port of Manchester tax district. Just follow these easy steps:

Click on the box to the right to go to the parcel search page.
Type in your address in the search box at the top of the page.
Choose the Tax, Levies & Assessments link from your address pop-up box.
Scroll down in the Levy Title column until you find your Port District.

If "PORT OF MANCHESTER GENERAL" is listed your address is INSIDE the District.
If another Port is listed i.e. "PORT OF BREMERTON GENERAL" or "PORT OF WATERMAN GENERAL" your address is OUTSIDE the District.

Please Note: If you choose the incorrect pass type for your address your application will not be processed and your pass will not be mailed to you until the issue is corrected.
