The Port of Manchester's water access is near the Rich Passage entrance and offers direct access to Bainbridge Island as well as Blake Island State Park!

The Port of Manchester requires a launch fee be paid prior to going out on the water. There is a payment kiosk for your convenience right by the ramp. Cash and credit cards are accepted at our kiosk.

For frequent visitors, an Annual Pass is a convenient alternative! They are valid for the calendar year in which they are purchased. (All passes expire on Dec. 31st)

The Port of Manchester boat ramp is a concrete elevated ramp with a 14-percent grade to the water. On the north side, there is a floating dock for loading and unloading only. The ramp ends at the 0-tide line or Mean Low Low Water elevation.
The launch ramp is an elevated span with a maximum load rating of 30,000 lbs for tow vehicle with trailer and boat.
To ensure a safe launch and retrieval it is recommended to consult the local tide charts.
